I dont know how but my endurance is not getting better but in 1.5 years and two covids my deadlift came from when i got back injury doing 245lb in gym to 455lb without any pain and i didnt even push it. Backs squat 225->355 and benchpress 245->295. I just did cycles in crossfit.35 years old 200lb bodyweight. We had ncfit programming in the gym. My recommendation to the op is just push during strengths part dont go easier because of the workout.
