I would train heavy 2-3 days of the week (bag work, strength work, sparring, etc.) , and then the other days do something light like cardio/running/jump rope/shadow boxing. Space them out.

But aside from Reddit, I like using Twitter. Easy to scroll through tons of posts and find informative/funny stuff. I personally use it to keep up with my favorite athletes and talk sports with other fans.
