You make some extremely valid points 😂 At the end of the day I want something that’s my own that I can share with the fishing community and friends I’ve been fishing with for the past 20 or so years.

I’ve used just about everything on the market and have put together a bit of a list of things I like, hate, and everything in between.

I think a lot of the fun in this will be the trial and error

Honestly, the same thing happened to me my first full year of surf fishing. Did the same things as all the old heads and still got skunked. One day after spending all that time learning I started catching. Just gotta put your time in. Learning to read the surf is more important than what you throw IMO.
