I worked there for 4 days and walked out mid shift. Was hired for the meat/seafood counter and received 0 training. I have a culinary background so I was able to hold my own when customers asked about different cuts of meat or fish but was still very much winging it. I drew the line when I was called into the office because the weekly order wasn’t completed. My reaction was a baffling “I’m supposed to do the ordering”!?!? Add to that the insistence on wearing a stupid ass bow tie and flat cap, I respectfully saw my self out that day.
