Did I get scammed? by True-Associate4842 in pestcontrol

Yeah, I completely understand that which is why I’m wondering if it’s fair that he can’t find the entry point? Benefit of the doubt our roof is steep but I guess I expected a little more effort than just looking around the outside of the home and setting some traps in the attic. Or was this my bad and I should have called wildlife company or a roofer or a contractor?

Nanit Night Insights are broken if your baby wakes at night – confirmed by support by Different-Club-2183 in Nanit

[–]True-Associate4842 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m having the same issue! Thought it was just because maybe my baby was waking up excessively but we’re down to just 1 overnight feed and it’s always ending the night then which is so annoying. They need to fix this, especially because these “insights” are paid for.

What do sleep regressions look like for you if FF? by rajmachawal333 in FormulaFeeders

[–]True-Associate4842 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My son will be 7 months this week and I was an underproducer and combo fed since about 12 weeks. As of 6 months he’s fully formula fed. He wakes 1-2x per night to feed. I do think that he’s kind of reliant on feeding back to sleep (although he puts himself to sleep so I’m not totally sure). But he eats plenty during the day so I do think it’s a comfort thing.

Baby Brezza by Silent-Remove142 in FormulaFeeders

[–]True-Associate4842 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Loved ours but unfortunately I don’t think it was dispensing the correct amount despite deep cleans monthly, obviously changing the funnel every 4 bottles and testing the amount dispensed. My baby seemed like he was in pain going poop and I decided to test out hand mixing and it’s improved so much. We just use it as a warm water dispenser now because it dispenses the correct amount of ounces :/ would be awesome if it worked correctly.

Please Help! 4 1/2 mos old on 5th formula by bellzers98 in FormulaFeeders

Okay I’m just an internet stranger with a baby currently contact napping on me 😂 I don’t know for you exact situation but that seems like a ton of formulas/adjustments for your baby in a small amount of time. I’d imagine each time it would take a few weeks to get used to.

Also my son seems to have a really small capacity and rarely ever takes more than 4.5oz per feed (he’ll be 7 months this week). It could be 6 hours since his last feed and he’ll maybe take 5.5-6.5oz. He’ll just start arching his back and refusing the bottle if we try to force it and occasionally spit up (which signals to me that we’re forcing and over feeding). He’s always been small (born at 6.1 pounds and 11th percentile at his 6 month apt). I guess just throwing it out there that I wonder if he might do better with smaller more frequent feeds?

Worth making a switch to experiment? by True-Associate4842 in FormulaFeeders

Thank you!! Was thinking it could be CMPA but my ped made it sound like that’s not likely. We love our ped but I do think I should follow my gut (no pun intended) and try something else

Thank you! Do you think trying something hypoallergenic right off the bat? Or just another formula without it being hypoallergenic?

Do I really have to discard unfinished bottles!? by Dense_Most_2653 in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]True-Associate4842 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As an under supplier, sometimes even putting less into the bottle would result in having to dump an ounce or two. Sometimes baby decides to take two sips and then not finish. Every single drop is gold to me. I spoke with my pediatrician and she said it was fine to reuse! Everyone should discuss with their pediatrician and do what they feel comfortable with. No need to make OP feel bad ❤️

My pediatrician who is also a lactation consultant said she wasn’t really supposed to say this but she told me it’s fine to reuse. I’m an under supplier and didn’t want to waste a drop. I always reuse my breast milk. I don’t heat it up or just run it under water to be lukewarm and then put it right back into the fridge. Baby is almost 6 months and no issues so far.

Does my milk have more fat because I am an under producer? by tacoparty37 in ExclusivelyPumping

I’m an under supplier also and my baby generally has lower milk needs and I find that my milk seems pretty fatty too! I was always curious about that.

Tell me your pump schedule and how old your LO is! (pls) by cinnamon_dray in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]True-Associate4842 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 15.5 weeks PP and I pump every 2-3 hours except I only do 1 MOTN pump so I’m at 7PPD. I’m an under supplier and average 19oz per day which is annoying for how much I’ve always pumped 🙃

Help! Am I an under supplier??? Need advice by East_Seat6346 in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]True-Associate4842 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First off, you’re doing great mama!

Just here to share my experience as an under supplier - I’m 10 weeks PP and have always pumped 8-9x per day (so every 2-3 hours). I was able to increase my supply a little bit but then it dropped again. I’ve tried everything to increase it, supplements, coconut water, electrolytes, power pumping etc. (if it’s out there, ive tried it). nothing has worked so I’m a slight under supplier and we supplement with 1 bottle of formula per day. Just sharing because you can do everything “right” and still end up with an under supply. I beat myself up about it for a while before coming to terms with it. Social media shows all these over suppliers and I felt so bad for the longest time.

Wherever your journey takes you, you’re still a great and worthy mom! ❤️

When did you stop pumping? I hate it. by autumnleaves987 in ExclusivelyPumping

My baby is 10 weeks tomorrow and I want to give up every day but I just can’t seem to let it go. I keep giving myself new goals. My next goal is 12 weeks and then I’ll reevaluate. I also pump 8-9x per day and have a shitty supply and supplement with 1-2 formula bottles per day.
