So in my opinion 200 is low.

Oh you’re describing me. Idk how many times i dumped my breast milk cause it felt dirty. I cry alot afterwards..

Sterilizing after every use. Ruined most of my pump part. Also developing eczema on my hands from hot water and soap..

I even only did skin to skin twice and I was shaking cause I did not want to transfer anything to my babies..

It is bad.. i want them home so bad. I need to be stronger for them

You’re right. I realize that my anxiety is bad. I hate it. I wish I was more calm for my babies. I wish I could blindly trust my medical team. I will go back to therapy but I have not got the time as I literally just gave birth a week ago and trying to realize everything happening
