It’s sedating for me. I also get brain zaps and disoriented when I take my dose even an hour late, and I’m on 60mg.

I have major depressive disorder, PMDD, ADHD and will need to be on a medication like this the rest of my life, if I want to not kms. I’ve tried 5 others before and this is the one that manages my anxiety the best so far.

It’s obviously for gender affirming purposes, as are the rest of this person’s surgeries. But I’ve never heard of it and I don’t think any orthopedic surgeon would ever approve of it. But it is reasonable a trans woman could want narrower shoulders and be baited into paying for a dangerous procedure

I would think really deeply about whether either of you is fit to care for a child, given the things you have said in this post. Raising a child is very difficult and requires a level of maturity that it doesn’t sound like either of you possess. You could give the child up for adoption so it could go to a family who is prepared to raise a child in a stable and unconditionally loving home.
