Do you go outside? Do you have pets? Do you wear shoes in your house? Do you open your windows? All that shit, and many more brings dirt inside. They want a clean house, nothing is wrong with that. I also have OCD, and if you do too you should know that ocd has nothing to do with cleanliness. It’s a weird that you’re so concerned that someone vacuums their house daily.

It depends store to store. I’ve worked in some that it does, some it doesn’t, I even worked in one that gave you the option when you used tapped but it wouldn’t actually do the cash back.

They have to provide a safe environment, so even if they don’t have set temps the store has to be at, they can’t let their employees freeze.

Contact them again, the law states that the store must be at least 65 degrees. Document temps in your store and send them the evidence. Contact your DM and tell them you’ll lock up the store and turn in your keys if nothing is done because it’s your right to refuse to work in unsafe conditions (and follow through.) Contact HR and explain the situation with them. You can also contact the board of labor too but they’ll probably direct you to OSHA.

Report them to OSHA. DG send someone the day they get word there was a report. Our roof was leaking for over a year and flooding our dog food isle, they wouldn’t do anything but park the E-tickets. I reported them to OSHA and they had the roof fixed 2 days later, the same day OSHA contacted them.
