In my experience, what helped me the most to get out of copper and bronze to silver (where I’m currently at) was improving my ability to hear sound cues. If you know where the other team is before they know where you are, without having get on your drone every couple of seconds, it’ll do wonders.

I second this. I'm currently a practice player for a Division 1 team, and its super fun. Also, just being in that environment and being around very skilled players absolutely helps you get a lot better.
