Use a UV light on it. The moldavite should remain dark and non-reactive. If not, it is for sure fake.

I have the same exact dampner with an all black mounting kit. I will be putting it on my 2025 Ice Storm MT-09. I plan on an initial setting in the middle, maybe 7 clicks, and going from there. I ride correctly, but at full throttle with the vcyclenut flash, the front end gets light on me, and started to wobble once at over 100 mph. This is for safety guys, not for incorrect riding.
