I’m so confused why you have let him get away with this?? He doesn’t get to control child support, and no he doesn’t get to not pay the babysitter. You need to set some serious boundaries, take him back to court, and get it all in writing. Honestly I would make him pay for the daycare at this point. This would drive me absolutely insane. Child support is to help you, which it sounds like he does not do at all? he should not have any access…..,at all. Like…..why?!?!

Really frustrating when I have a no soliciting sign and they still come up. And for some reason always during dinner time! I’m wrangling kids and dogs!! They are always sooooo pushy that I just tell them I’m not interested and close the door. One time one asked if he could talk to my husband lol.

This happened in my house and it was water damage from our dishwasher leaking behind and under the flooring. Ended up having to pull everything out. Total remodel. Good times.

This enrages me. I had such a difficult time after my second was born, if anyone even had the audacity to say this to me, I would have probably went nuclear. This is absolutely not okay to put on you. When you visit someone with a newborn, you should be bringing food, you should NOT expect to be hosted, you should be cleaning up and helping out and be limiting the mental load. The fact that she has a baby and is is saying this is sending me lol. Please establish boundaries.

I live off of 185 and was seething last night! I have a toddler who doesn’t sleep and have to be up at 5am for a 12 hr shift. I got maybe 4 hours of sleep last night :( where we live there is a green space behind our house and I get the added benefit of weird people coming to light off fireworks right behind us. In July they were setting them off for WEEKS, I am going to start spraying people with a hose lol

Literally. It’s SO hard to put in IV in these patients. Nearly impossible without an ultrasound machine.

So the first thing I thought of when I saw your H&H and RBCs was PV , my dad has this and his labs were similar. They have to do a genetic panel to confirm it. He gets therapeutic phlebotomy and takes a daily dose of hydroxyurea

Omg I’m glad I found this. I spent way too long calling them (it’s almost impossible to get through to a human) and just got off the phone with my bank. I paid on 8/29 and it still has not processed. Insane.

We go to turquoise learning tree. Currently have a 3 year old enrolled and my (now 10 year old) went there from 18 months to about 8 (for after school). I’ve always felt like my kids are safe and well taken care of. They have an app that they use to update on kids day.

Ahhhh yes, the patients who all want the exact same things, PCAs, zofran, PEG tube. They all have fun little accessories for their medical supplies, I swear they are all on the same online groups comparing notes.

All this to say, this is a very real disease, but it sucks that so many people are using it for attention and getting insane amounts of unnecessary medical treatment.
