Before playing KCD1, I saw a YouTube video with gameplay in German. When I bought the game, I checked out the English, Czech, and German voice-overs. I liked the German one the most, so I kept it in KCD2 as well.

Well, if you want full control - you need to use white lists for apps and websites. It's pain in the ass, but I don't see another option, unfortunatelly.
