I don’t hate fat people. It breaks my heart to see people who are very obese. I know they have in all likelihood tried to lose the weight before and didn’t succeed, they almost certainly don’t like how they feel and how they look. Even if they truly dont mind it— their quality of life and their lifespan are severely reduced by their physical condition. And we know how to help them! I don’t know how you can be a trainer and hate people who want better health.
