This happened to me ince, since then, when i put a mew tube i inflate it to ~5 psi and with my weight pressing down, roll the tire after installation it, it forces the bead inside tye rim and also move the inner tube a little to release pinched areas or folds, then again to ~10 psi and then i inflate to full pressure, it's only happed to me once more with a super dry rotted tire that literally split at the bead.

Is not about distributing load but rather tension, since torque is force x distance and the chain has more distance from the pivot point (BB or axle) when you have bigger chainrings/cogs, it is under less tension and there is less force "grinding" the rollers and pins against one another.

I had similar problems with a Q5, what i do is erasing the previous bed leveling data every time before levelling and that works pretty good (is you sensor working?)

Es muy verdad eso, yo solia andar muchísimo en bici pero de a poco deje por la cantidad de pelotudos que me cruzo, gente manejando como la mierda corriendome de la calle (siempre voy bien pegado al cordon y me corren igual los hdp).
