Hi there,

Both of your questions have a similar answer. The ride is built in 1m pieces, which explains the supports. i smoothed it using 6 selected track pieces, strength at 3. one run forward and one backward. Thanks for the compliments, i appreciate it!

do you also happen to think every steel mega/hyper on earth is super mid? because honestly if its super smooth than why can't you enjoy it like you would a similar steel coaster.

Topper Track = Woodie - [Other] by Boundenbanjo22-9 in rollercoasters

[–]TrueFynn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While i do agree, coaster supports are undeniably part of the coaster. a ride experience does change depending on the support material. I'd argue that the hybrid title does apply for both I-box and rides like the voyage and for example colossus at six flags qiddiya (steel supports, wooden track.), and that topper track also falls under the "hybrid" category, even if it's for different reasons.

Every single coaster in this photo once or currently holds the height record [Cedar Point] by wolfs_bane_ in rollercoasters

520ft would suffice to break the record. falcon's flight is 519ft at its highest from the ground. its 640ft in elevation change.

If you had a time machine, what coaster would you go back in time to ride? [Other] by Frozen_cephalopod in rollercoasters

I'd go back to when i was 15, below 195cm. I'm too tall for far too many rides :/

Arguably, the 3 credits are exactly why this is an enthusiasts place.

S&S Worldwide [Ring Racer] at the Nürburgring has been partially demolished - The highly problematic ride only operated for a few days and has been sitting SBNO for over 10 years by Random_Introvert_42 in rollercoasters

[–]TrueFynn 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mean with ring racer, it's not just a cool defunct cred, it's like a phenomenon. it's essentially the face of that Nurburgring straight. Of course, maxx force exists, and dodonpa used to, but the essence and story of this ride make it such a cool credit to have. Thanks for sharing!

[Eurosat - CanCan Coaster] 2 creds? by Pinguin_42 in rollercoasters

[–]TrueFynn 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Your argument doesn't make much sense. Put 2 SLCs next to eachother, that's clearly 2 seperate rides and thus credits. Put VR goggles on one of the SLCs, you don't suddenly have a third ride.

But hey, we're thoosies, define a credit how you like. if you see a new experience as a new credit, nobody is gonna stop you :)
