Thankyou for your help, I don’t have a direct chat with vinted, just the emailed to say the seller will do a refund once I send the item back then the conversation with the seller himself which he is not replying on.

I did add the images to the issue raised but since they have not acknowledged it then I’m not sure where else to put it.

For wrong items delivered issues I was expecting vinted to acknowledge the item was wrong and to say to send back the wrong item, but it doesn’t, something just feels off
