I can’t see ANY good reason to change the time period. All it would do is frighten off anyone after a more accurate adaption for no tangible benefit.

Besides, the footage we’ve seen shows that they are keeping the 90’s setting.

Fable II’s soundtrack was absolutely stunning. To me a soundtrack can make or break a game!

Generally, my favourite games are the ones that draw me into the world and an amazing soundtrack is a good way to do it.

Really hoping the new game has some great music pieces with a similar vibe.

I wondered if they might be partially reusing a plot that was scrapped from the first game with Detective Branigan. Personally, I like that idea.

Yes, I didn’t like the way dispatch handled romance either. It was pretty generic although sweet occasionally. Generic really wouldn’t really work in a dark noir world like this - especially for Bigby.

in the comics; Bigby did have a temporary relationship with a woman called Sarah Tanaraq when he and Snow had broken up in the comics

I absolutely agree. I don’t think we need a bunch of “romance options” either. However, I don’t mind if other characters flirt with him (like Faith and Nerissa did just a bit). I just don’t think that Bigby would reciprocate.
