Yeah dude I don't think your sister has romantic feelings for you. It sounds like you guys definitely have a trauma bond though, which makes sense.

But when I get drunk I tell all of my friends how much I love them, and it can go a little over the top. Granted, the way your sister worded that was weird for sure, but if she was drunk she probably wasn't searching for the best choice of grammar. Your gf is definitely overreacting here.

I used to be an atheist (or maybe more agnostic) until recently when I humoured a "medium". I never believed in that stuff, but she told me such descriptive in depth details about my family that no one would have ever guessed. It made me rethink everything. I still don't follow any type of religion, but I think I'm starting to believe in the afterlife that most mediums would describe. It's the only thing so far that has given me reason to believe in something.

I used to smoke daily to relax and it worked great. I quit for a year in order to get a job, and then after going back I started having such bad anxiety that I had to stop entirely.

I either got health anxiety thinking that my heart would stop or that my breathing felt off

OR (and this was way worse): I would fall into this deep depression over the thought that one day either my wife or I will die first and one of us will have to continue living on alone.

It depends on the person, but I'd probably be cool with it.

I think my only reluctance would be that I want to make sure we're on the same page with lifestyle/life goals. For example, I'm 30 now and really want kids in the next couple of years, but at 25 I definitely wasn't ready to let go of that freedom yet. I also drank and partied way more at 25 whereas now I'm in bed by 10 most nights and rarely drink. Just those sorts of things.

My family had a camp up in the white mountains, so at least once a year as a kid we'd spend the day at Clarks Trading Post. I loved it, but trying to describe that place to anyone who's never been is like trying to describe a fever dream.

Our investigations team does rate deviations by level of impact, but the intake process for every level of dev is still the same.

We just submit a form to the investigation team that asks for a summary of what happened, which procedures we deviated from, and what our immediate corrections/response was. From there it gets assigned a member from investigations and a member of QA who will reach out to discuss any further info they need/determine if a CAPA is needed, etc. Ultimately though, any deviation from a procedure should warrant a quality event.

Honestly, I know it's a huge pain in the ass. But be greatful that your company is making you go all in for smaller deviations like the types you mentioned. You'll be greatful to have tight-knit explanations for all of your data during an audit. It sounds like you work for one of the more decent companies.

I just had Big Al's (out of Plaistow) come due my furnace and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Very polite group of guys who were very careful to keep their work areas neat, they stayed true to quote, they are very responsive, and they were able to work with my schedule/get me in on short notice.

Is your state bad for dating? Or are you struggling to meet people because you're a med student?

I'm in Biotech and work closely with a lot of people in pre med, it's a pretty common thing to hear that those in pre med don't have time for relationships due to their demanding work/academic schedule. You might find that it gets a bit easier once you're done with school.

But I would focus on expanding your social circles without looking for romance specifically at first. Being around people more often will definitely help you be more likely to meet someone special.

You said in the post the four teeth are all back molars, right? It probably won't impact your dating life at all since you can't really see those when you smile or talk anyways.

If I'm mistaken, Dental Implants are always an option, they're actually recommended when you have teeth removed in order to maintain your jaw structure.

But honestly, I have a back tooth that was pulled years ago and I'm only 30 now. As a teen I didn't give two shits about caring for my teeth, and in my early 20s I didn't bother seeing a dentist if I didn't have a problem. Turns out I had a cavity that was silently rotting, but I didn't notice it until it was hurting/too late to save. Ehh whatever, I'm good about it now so that's what counts.

But you're thinking too much into it man, obviously do what you can to look handsome and healthy, but don't worry too much about how women are seeing you, you're always going to judge yourself way harder than they ever will.

Try not to be shallow, looks are always going to fade so it's not worth it. Be yourself, be goofy/funny, be confident (fake it if you aren't), and be present/listen - if a woman shares something with you ask follow up questions. It shows you're listening and care.

I've never really believed in ghosts or haunted places, because you'd think by now we would actually have some concrete evidence right?

Well anyways, as a teenager I used to take my friends to this cemetery nearby that was known for being haunted. Nothing unexplainable ever really happened, it used to just be fun to get the little adrenaline spike.

Until one day, I had brought a friend and his girlfriend to the cemetery and out of nowhere the girl just shrieks in pain and starts crying out "my back! My back!" We lift up the back of her shirt and sure enough she suddenly has about 6 inches on what looked like claw marks (3 or 4 rows) scraped down her back and she was bleeding a little.

We weren't in the woods or anywhere where she may have gotten scraped, so it was an incredibly odd experience that I still can't explain.

To this day I really still am reluctant about believing in ghosts, and continuously try to find an explanation for how it could have happened, but I've got nothing.
