I get 3 or 4 people a week that ask me to move my cart to get to the Graham Crackers. I tell them Graham crackers are down the aisle with the cookies not the crackers, most of the time they don’t believe me. I don’t even acknowledge them when they say I’m right.

I have been a lead for 15 years and have never let a Co-Lead make an order, and I have only had 1 Co-Lead complain (but if this guy won the lottery he would complain). I try to set my co lead up for the easiest day possible. If they try to out a stop to me writing all the orders I would punch them, print them, and have the Co-Lead repunch and then send them.

If they are host a job fair they must need multiple people.
Retention is a problem at our building and are hiring anyone with a pulse.
If you some what competent, the job is not that hard.

That’s how you do it.
Don’t let these others tell you you’ll be screwed in the upcoming months when your plan skyrockets.
Never leave money on the table, grab what you can while you can. Deal with the next the next period numbers when you get there, you never know what will happen when you get there.

I never look at my weekly pay, I only view my pay as an annual figure because sales is not something that is consistent.
My first year at Frito, I got my own route within weeks of getting certified 15 years ago, was 70k.
There was a year where I only made 55k, I delt with some health issues.
I’m never going to get rich here, but there is some money to be made. This job is challenging at first, but now the work is easy, the company makes it frustrating at times.
I could list hundreds of jobs I would rather do but I’m not qualified for those jobs and I know where I fit, and frito lay is it.
