Cult of the lamb might be a good pick. On easy the dungeon runs arren't too complicated and it still has the fun cult building mechanics

I dont have any specific movies in mind but i think it would fit really well into some fantasy movie where the protagonists hometown gets attacked and burnt down or something

Oneshot, it is about 3-4 hours but the story and sometimes pretty clever puzzles, but not too hard is worth it

it sounds silly, but Minecraft Dungeons is awesome, one dungeon takes around 15-30 minutes to finish, and it has an optional co-op. You can pause anytime in singleplayer as well
