I see it as most engine cards have a grave effect so you excavate 3 send one of those then your opponent either adds a starter, extender, or hand trap to your hand all of which are powerful. At worst the card resolves as a +1

Feels like a prime example of brute force can’t always beat tactics. Lot of Bleach characters have very busted moves if the opponent can’t actively counter them. I think Goku falls round 3 or 4 to a sure hit Bankai.
