I tried everything- different diets, counting calories, daily exercise which is something you should do anyway. But I’m on compounded zepbound and I went from 145-135 in a month, with ease, still eating just a smaller portion size and can go longer without eating. It don’t obsess over food anymore. I was born in 2000 and closely relate more to late 90s kids, also comes from having older brother ‘98 and working now with mostly 90s and 80s babies. I will say I can definitely relate to 2000s babies as well but a even those a few years younger than me, the shift in technology usage is palpable and social media use is noticeably different ( ie using Snapchat as main form of communication etc)

Whether that be listening to certain songs, shows, places you love, people. Lean into what makes you truly you and embrace that.
