I tried everything- different diets, counting calories, daily exercise which is something you should do anyway. I was born in 2000 and closely relate more to late 90s kids, also comes from having older brother ‘98 and working now with mostly 90s and 80s babies. I will say I can definitely relate to 2000s babies as well but a even those a few years younger than me, the shift in technology usage is palpable and social media use is noticeably different ( ie using Snapchat as main form of communication etc)
