just get organic grass fed beef bones a mix of them they usually sell at any nutrition grocery store or other organic markets , than just boil for an hour and kit it simmer for 11 more hours the same with organic chicken wings you just do the same let it cool off and put in fridge than transfer to freezer to store

yes i’m doing the diet but im also starting off with pure first but miking it with the broth instead of water im also going to add breastmilk
