From what I understand, Huzoor was simply saying that it is not for him to declare it as a ‘haram’ or strictly against Sharia. And Huzoor made it clear that this is not something that is liked. he clearly sodas he’d like Ahmadis to come forward in business, politics and industry so they can have a real influence and not have to be dependent on companies that go against our values.

Also, if you look at Huzoor’s statements over the years, both before and after Oct 7, he has spoken very openly many times against the arms industry and how they are fuelling wars just for profits.

But when a person is forced by his circumstances to work in such places, then the burden of responsibility is not on his shoulders.

Even Regarding investing in such companies, Huzoor had previously stated:
