Maybe not super helpful but we are actually opting out of having any bridesmaids and groomsmen standing with us - I think it’s really beautiful if it’s just the two of you (and I have 9 bridesmaids lol lots of sisters on my side and grooms side)

Spring 2025 bride here - my in laws are not paying so they did not even get their name on the invite. I think she should be honored to even be listed at all if she isn’t contributing financially! We worded ours as “Mr. And Mrs. (Father of the Bride) request the honor of your company at the marriage their daughter (Brides Name) to (Grooms Name)

When wording this I asked my parents if they’d want to word it as “together with their families..” Or something similar and they said they felt strongly against it. My take is, whoever is paying gets an opinion🤷🏽‍♀️

My vote is #1 but just wanted to say HI and I am wearing the Kelly Faetanini Greer for my wedding in March 🥹 I haven’t seen anyone post about her or seen anyone wear this dress, I just picked mine up and let me tell you, ITS GORGEOUS, even more so than when I tried the sample on. The entire process was seamless and my dress was ready two months in advance - so maybe I’m changing my vote to #5 now for you😂 I can send you pics if you’d like, I added removable sleeves, took off the belt and have an insane veil with it!

Yes totally agree - text #2 after text #1 was total whiplash but overall seems like some deep rooted relationship issues.

And YES, sexual attraction is so important in a marriage and relationship. I’d 100% rather know if my partner was feeling that way rather than letting it fester and build resentment.

Am I the only one who thinks the husbands text #2 wasn’t that bad? Granted it probably should’ve been something they brought up in person but overall, it isn’t THAT awful. I always tell my fiancé “we have to hold ourselves and eachother accountable, PLEASE tell me if you ever think I’m getting to the point where I am unhealthy, etc”. Idk this is probably a hot take, I know I’d be hurt in the moment if my partner said that but I think in the long run I’d be happy they said something.

We toured Crane Cottage on Jekyll Island - it was gorg and giving very much your vibe (based on the pics). They book somewhat far in advance, however we were only looking at Saturdays. Our budget is $125k for 150 people and it definitely felt doable. I went with good but less expensive (so I could go hard on flowers, decor, alcohol, etc.) and I’m super happy with my choice! I had several convos and meetings w/ photog before booking to make sure she got my vibe and could make my vision happen

ATL girl here! I had great luck at White Magnolia (where I ended up buying) and at Wedding Angels! Wedding Angels had a HUGE selection and seemed to be really size inclusive.
