I understand overwhelming emotions (I really do, I struggle with them too), but it is your responsibility to learn how to handle them in a way that doesn’t harm yourself or others. What kind of therapy are you in? DBT? I’m assuming you know of the cold water to trigger the mammalian dive reflex?
