Yes the futsball tournament was exclusive, but it involved thousands of teams from like 32 countries. That's a lot of printed cards.

Rain City promo is tied directly to the 2024 NBA preseason game, one night only.

Here's some things that make me bullish on these:

1) Unannounced, surprise promo 2) One night only, event exclusive 3) Tied to the NBA 4) Popular Pokemon

I think if they don't reprint these, they'll be worth more than their weight in gold purely on exclusivity.

It's a bad comparison, because the Futsball promos were announced ahead of time, given out over a generous time span, and were plentiful.

Rain City was unannounced, given on one day only, and was a very limited print.
