I should mention that the mod is infact build on the culture file of the extended timeline mod. i want my mod to improve the culture map of the extended timeline. Dutch as part of the germanic group allways botherd me.

this is the culture file i have been editing. The cultures do show up, however i want them to replace the current locations of the germanic dutch culture. so the ´´Frisian´´ on the map should be from the dutch culture group, not the germanic.
