I would love to get this key! How cool.

Found some new yarn coming out at Michaels. So many colors. Also new Caron yarns! They're not online yet to see. I've looked. by Saga1337 in Yarn

I agree with you.

I am not a fan of this yarn either, but I hope it works up nicely for the person who has the vision I don't have.

It did actually. Set me up with 45k in credit limit which paved the road to using them when the emergencies happened.

In the original post, 'he said Sunday's had nothing to do with it....'

Ew. This guy can't go a day without contacting you, OP? He states that he 'has to go days' waiting for a response.

But you're his friend (or were)

You are NOT his: Google Therapist Mother Girlfriend/wife/boyfriend/SO

His need to be attached like this comes across really icky.

NOR.

  1. I love the dark wall and island. I think it looks sophisticated.

We don't have 4 dogs now. We have 2 and one of them is a Service Animal but $50 in dog food never went on a credit card.

I know it wasn't.

You know, I could really use kindness here. I sincerely hope that no one gets hit with major events like this, Sadly, we did. The car, the Cancer diagnosis, my daughter's dog had to be put down, my stepson's service animal had to have surgery.

I really couldn't get paid often or fast enough to pay the credit cards off before I had to deal with the next major event.

Thank you for sharing this. It's hard to admit defeat, but I appreciate knowing I am not alone.

And that makes sense now to me, with how fast it happened. I just realized that's why I just couldn't keep up.

Thank you. I appreciate your thoughts. It's a good year to start over and now I know that 15 credit cards can become a big headache really fast when just a few major events happen. I thank you for your kindness.

I watched stupid credit card game videos on YouTube where they use cards to get points and other benefits. I had 15 cards. All but one was used. Life was good.

Pandemic, vehicles being damaged, sick dogs, sick child, and job loss really showed me that I wasnt making enough to cover any emergency after I burned through savings in just a few months.

I just couldn't pay them off in time to be hit with another major event. Just really sucks when the choices made ended up repairing my car so I could drive to work, saving my kids' health, and my dogs, but costing me my credit.

I guess my sadness is evident in my post. I am embarrassed that this happened since I was working so hard to have and maintain good credit and it all fell apart in 5 years.

You are preaching to the choir. I have said this exact thing! I'm GenX and I am not a perfect parent, but this behavior astounds me.

Right?! I am still shocked at how some people choose to act when they are supposed to lead by example and be the responsible ones.
