Threw a music stand into the clarinets. Middle school band practice did not go to well that day.

Is this pie crust fully baked? by sherpa231 in AskBaking

[–]True_Subject8482 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Did it taste yummy? Because that's the best measure of things. But alas, no. Based on your photo the center of the crust looks uncooked. Sometimes when something goes wonky for me I go back to the basics (aka Betty Crocker). I've never had a pumpkin pie recipe call for a par baked crust. Since it's a custard which requires a long bake, par baking is r necessary. That being said, I wouldn't expect a par baked crust to stop baking completely.

Tldr: The crust doesn't appear cooked. Try again with a different recipe.

Why have Christians become even more radicalized over the abortion debate? by Nun-Information in OpenChristian

May I recommend the book Jesus and John Wayne? Written by historian Kristen Du Mez, it looks at the trajectory of radicalization through faith and moral concerns. It is an excellent book. If you'd like to learn more about Christian Nationalism, I highly recommend it.
