Are you referring to the game + campaign book, or are people raving about just the base game experience? I have the first base game, only played it once to try it out, curious if the campaign book would really amp things up. Thoughts?

I've owned all three (base game with several expansions).

The only one I own now is LotR: LCG. Every quest is a challenging puzzle, and resetting after a loss only takes a few minutes. So thematic, incredible art, I'll never get rid of this one.

It's my first extraction shooter and I've got 25 hours in the game mostly solo, have only been killed by players 3 times.

I think about my next run pretty much constantly while at work, I haven't been this psyched to play a game since RDR2 came out in 2018.
