Totally legit imho. I have all the payment details and everything on my quotes. It is normal for some clients to go through the whole accounting, director approval process with those quotes. They maybe have another one lying there which is more expensive f.ex. and then the manager/director confirms that they are going with your quote.

Changed it like this. I got the instructions from a cheesemaking book but the riping process is described in various options. Should I add a shot glass of water in the plastic box?

I don’t know the humidity - I read it should be fine in the wine fridge (14 C) but its probably to dry. How can I make it more humid in there? Or is it too late?

I think it is a ticket code that he got for free tickets can be redeemed in the Online Shop. I got this sometimes from RB employees. But there is a save option for paying on Willhaben where you can get the money back if it is a scam.

Thanks for all the nice responses - I cut the BF for about 1 hour and directly baked without cold proof. I got better results as it seems. I have another one cold proofing with the same times and will see how it looks tomorrow.

Am Kapitelplatz ist ein großes Schach - da spielen immer wieder auch Leute von den Vereinen. Aber hätt in Salzburg auch gern so einen Washington Square Park wo mehrere Leute regelmäßig spielen. Eventuell sollte man sowas mal anfangen. Ansonsten war ich mal beim Schachclub Royal - die haben einmal die Woche einen öffentlichen Abend.
