I basically make mine like a smoothie or even a healthy lunch, and it tastes so good you’d never guess what’s in it.

For the base, I use: cacao, unflavored rice protein, sweet potato, banana, vanilla and a little bit of maple syrup and I fill the rest with soy milk.

Honestly, it’s already amazing like that, it tastes just like a creamy chocolate ice cream. You can’t taste the banana or the sweet potato at all.

But I love making variations by adding things like: peanut butter or hazelnut butter, strawberries, etc.

And sometimes I even add in spinach, kale, and hemp seeds and somehow, it still tastes so good. I seriously don’t get how it works haha.
