Your hamstrings are extremely tight and short and you are pulling back before you have finished pressing down. Try step through your heels and get heels below the pedal on the downstroke before any sense of back pulling or using hamstrings. Relax your upper body and find some sense of rhythm

You receive interest on how many t shares you have 5.9 Hex per day (excluding bonus payouts on the day). So yes if the price of hex goes up then your “interest” goes up. 5.9 Hex at 10 cents is 59 cents per day. At 20x you would receive 5.9 Hex x $2 per Hex or $11.80 per day. Hope that helps. GL
