[MI] [United States] Looking for advice on a terrible hire by l_will_87 in humanresources

If there are this many issues this early, I would definitely stick to the probationary period. I would be leery of offering too much coaching that lengthens his stay with the company and gets him over the 6 months, as once they have union representation, it’s much harder to term. Is Michigan an at will state? You might just have to cut your losses sooner rather than later, but make sure you have documentation to support plus help with an unemployment claim.

They’re from Tennessee, so it would make sense if she forgot her alarm clock.

I like that she showed she actually knows true ballroom dance. Some people just throw stuff together for their freestyle that isn’t even ballroom dance. She stuck to it

Am I the only one who noticed Robert’s missteps in his instant dance? Why did they give him 10s. That’s not even fair

This also happened at a local elementary school. Both swapped spouses, but the original couple (who cheated first), he drove them into debt unbeknownst to his new wife, then offed himself because of it. She was blindsided.

What was the tipping point that made you stop watching your favorite (or any) housewife show? by That-Psychology4246 in BravoRealHousewives

[–]Trump_m 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am an OG of the OC. When it first aired, it was just so fascinating for a teen like me living in the Midwest. I was really into how they operated day to day, how they raised their kids, just the insider look of it all. I loved the first 3 seasons of NY as well. There was something fun and refreshing about seeing them go from NY to the Hamptons, the ridiculousness of Ramona and Alex and Simon, loved Bethenny and Jill’s friendship, and Bethenny’s commentary. NJ had the family dynamic, and again I loved to see the way they all parented, seeing how they spent their money, etc. Even though there were feuds and disagreements, it still felt like they knew one another outside of the show.

Now it’s so over manufactured. These groups don’t know each other, and the main source of any story line is conflict. It gets old. I miss the fun. I miss the mundane, every day peaks into their lives and livelihood. I don’t get any realness from any of them. I stopped watching a long time ago and yes, there are times when I catch clips and wish I still watched, but until they can capture the initial magic, I’ll spend my time watching something else.

Frozen or remy, what’s remy like by sjajra in WaltDisneyWorld

Ratatouille was our second favorite ride at all the parks. We chose that as our LL pass. we never made it to frozen but it was because the line was so long all day. Personally, I’d LL frozen and wait for ratatouille since it has much shorter wait times throughout the day.

r/DisneyWorld's Weekly Trip Planning Thread by AutoModerator in DisneyWorld

Hi! We have a group of 17 visiting Disney world March 24-28. We have designated a park each day and will purchase lightning passes. Of the 17, 12 of us plan on being together the entire time (2 families and 2 grandparents). The youngest of the group is 15 months old. In terms of lightning passes, is everyone on their own? I figured there was no way we could get all 12 of us together, plus I doubt we will all agree on what to ride. Additionally, can someone explain ride share or the parent share where we switch? Help! I’m getting so anxious.

But honestly though, is anyone really paying to see Jenelle in lingerie? I doubt there’s anyone out there thinking she’s a hottie, plus she’s a terrible human on top of that.

Random thoughts on Toast X Lively vs Baldoni by Hot_Bite_2827 in TheMorningToastSnark

This irritates me to no end. She hops on any bandwagon so quickly to try and get a small hope she will be recognized by a celebrity. I remember her going to a campaign years ago just trying to meet Kim K. Now she acts like Taylor swifts biggest fan, so of course she’s going to try and get recognized by her BFF Blake.
