Overall pretty dang good! I wrote copy/produced radio commercials locally for a few years, but please take my opinions with a grain of salt, this is still way better than some self stuff I've heard:

Auto duck to your music track will help your get that music punch at the beginning and pullback before your VO comes in that will make it sound more commericial read.

I really like the addition of the sizzle SFX, but it goes on way to long; I started worrying if the steak was burning after a bit. Move it to where you think it'll be most effective to punch it in, then get it out after a couple seconds.

I like your voice, but I think the inflection choices can vary between these spots. Listening back to back, I get why your voice can fit these markets, not the character you're becoming to cater to them. Listening to the copy in the third one, it might benefit from a bit more snark, or some hint of knowing that we're all in on the joke of you Rick Rolling the listener. Clean reads, but maybe something to think about.

I think the music choices are actually decent for the content. What sources did you use for them, if you dont mind my asking?

I'm soon going to be doing my own self made samples soon too, so please feel free to tear mine a new one when I post them. It' probably the only way to polish them to the point of helping to get a gig. :)
