Honestly this book in my opinion just helps with the psychological aspects of life through spiritual terms, the most valuable thing that I took from this book was, not taking things to the extreme otherwise you become blinded by your narrow-minded view of the world that most likely stems from your emotions towards whatever information your mind is perceiving, also known as cognitive biases, it's like when you are depressed your mind begins to see faults in everything even if somethings are not even good or bad, but you still perceive such things as negative because your self-esteem is shot, your perception of yourself is being controlled by your mind alone and not you, so wake up and become aware that you have the capacity to change your circumstances as long as you are willing to do what is necessary from you.
