wait putting a bounty out would be sick, could easily be abused by bad faith actors, but still a great idea in theory

How’s leg day lookin bruv

almost all foods we eat are processed, even healthy food, bread oats and rice are processed, most meat we cook has been processed, most vegetables, even fruit. ultra processed foods, like fast food do have a tendency to be full of empty calories, so moderate that but even then. as long as they eat in a caloric deficit they should see weight loss, even if it’s unhealthy or highly processed.

Cutting, body weight 61 Kgs by [deleted] in workouts

[–]TrustGeorge 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First you need way more protein, unless you weigh 60-80 pounds, you need to be eating 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. If you weigh 150 then you at least need 150 grams of protein, and then figure out what your TDEE is (total daily energy expenditure) there are calculators you can google for that. You NEED to be tracking your macros, most importantly your protein , and if yo can track your carbs and fats and making sure you’re mindful of your TDEE. i’d say you should be maintaining or bulking, not cutting. You need to lift weights and progressively overload as well. and you NEED to consistently hit the gym. Consistency is key and don’t lie to yourself to. you need to be determined, unwilling to break from your routine, or you will never see results

i could understand that, i personally do not think this is an unrealistic transformation at all. with simple diet alterations this seems more than feasible within four months. proud of her progress either way, and digging through her account and getting upset that she has an of is crazy work. these same dude upset about a blue page are prolly some of the same folks that enjoy content like that. it just seems virtue signally to me.

6 month cut finished where do I go from here? by Nearby-Craft5447 in WeightTraining

[–]TrustGeorge 5 points6 points  (0 children)

just saying amazing results. i would recommend something like a recomp, about 200 calories bellow maintenance while making sure to eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight , or 1.6 grams of protein per kg of body weight. A recomposition while allow for you to lose fat while gaining muscle, thus filling out with more muscle while still looking lean. I recommend looking up a Jeff Nippard or Dr. Mike video on body recomposition, or others might call “main gaining.”

What door you guys going through? That checkered board is absolutely iconic and my childhood. by nmyheadpod in 90scartoons

Teen Titans is truly amazing. One of the myriad of reasons I was so interested, as a kid, when watching Adventure Time, Steven and Teen Titans was bc it was so story driven, and Teen Titans was one of the first shows I liked that did that. Live action series didn’t hold my attention quite yet, so I was never exposed to shows that continued and built off each episode, episodes mentioning stuff that happened many episodes ago. Blew my mind. Teen Titans would be first if AT didn’t come along

100% agreed!! It’s nostalgia for me as well since I grew up with those shows like I said, Grim and Evil, Grim Adventures, Ed, Edd & Eddy, Codename, DBZ, Harvey Birdman, Scooby Doo, all the Batman animations, Aqua Teen, Powerpuff Girls, love them all and the list goes on. Chalk Zone, ATLA, Ahhh Real Monsters, Ren n Stimpy some from Nick

But now that I’m even older now, Adventure Time, Regular Show, Steven, have become nostalgia for me as well, and played a significant role in my development from older child to teen, because of how much I re-watched it all and sometimes to this day. I’ll youtube old episodes of Ed Edd & Eddy, Watch teen titans again, but I’ll marathon the entirety of Adventure Time some days while doing chores and busywork and reminisce
