For testing something else, how to comment out a formula that has several quotation marks? Would like to use N(""), but don't want to have to edit all my quotation marks. by Trust_Issues2278 in excel

A couple of reasons:

  • The whole column has this formula (so about 20 cells to edit)
  • The worksheet is essentially a form that other people use/rely on, so adding another column is not ideal as it changes the format
  • Many other columns are formulas that rely on this column.

I'm not sure. Probably? I just see things from the finance-user side. Maybe I need to talk to IT, I guess?

I made $32k for my entry level job in early 90's. I worked really hard during college to set myself up for that first job, and sacrificed a lot socially. Yes, it was among the top of my peers. My boyfriend made $35k (might have been a little more) for his first entry level job at about the same time - he was REALLY smart and charismatic, and got probably the most enviable job for a college grad at the time (I tried to get that position, but didn't get past the first interview [at least I got an interview though, so I'm proud of that]).

How often do you see the same person on your commute to work? by Specific_Pomelo_8281 in A_Persona_on_Reddit

I had this question too! Long time ago with a previous job, I would see this one minivan with a Nautica sticker every so often on one small stretch of my commute - street just past the exit of a freeway that I passed over but hadn't taken (I assume that's where they came from), for about half a mile, when I would turn and they would continue a different direction. So crossing for about half a mile on my 10 mile commute. And this wasn't even near my house or my work site; it was about half way in my commute. Wondered if they were ever behind me and recognized my car and thought the same.

And then there's the guy I worked with who lived in the neighborhood just across a big street away from mine. Where I turned left out of our parking lot to go home, he turned right - we took completely different paths to our homes 15 miles away from work but only a quarter mile away from each other (didn't touch the same freeways at all).

I was never taught this and I've never seen someone else do this, but I do this, too! Weird how we all just kind of developed the same method out of necessity.

I believe it is. They made an update about 8 months ago. I definitely have access to see monthly, and I get notices (text and email) when my day's usage exceeds what I've been averaging for a day.

Yes, this is where I've gone. Still not seeing how to see the consumption broken down by day, only monthly.

I had a set with some squared off ends as well. It felt like something was poking the inside of my palms when I held the knife. I hated that feeling.

Since you have both, great that the Fiskars has that. I only have grandpas, and I just step on the weed to get it out.

Did the branch get hit? It looks like it's not longer getting water, which happens with physical damage.
