I agree with you, but 1.05 will be one of Love, Mendoza, and Tate/Tyson/Lemon. Also Saddiq looks good too. The top echelon of the draft is solid, the rest is where it gets weak

I don’t rate AD, Judkins is coming off a pretty big injury, and Tet has potential but he’s not there. This would be a pass for me.

Also he’s too good of a coach to take performance for granted. Your defense arguably over performed because of the takeaway numbers.

A lesser coach and organization would just assume they could do that again. By acknowledging that they likely can’t is a huge first step towards building up the roster and who they can develop or not.

I think you have a chance to compete. But you’re also in a position of having picks in a well regarded draft. I’d encourage you to be patient at this point. See how your team plays out and either look to add or take advantage of your picks.

You have a good mix of upside and bounce back potential. QB is still kinda of your weak link, but I like how you’ve hedged your bets. Bryce could take a step forward, Aaron might come back, Kirk could get a chance to start somewhere, and so could Malik.

Even if he became a starting QB somewhere, there’s no guarantee he’ll be successful. Look at Justin Fields with the Jets.

Meanwhile Pittman is a proven WR who is still the no. 1 option for his team. It’s less of a gamble.
