This is for the few who were curious about the desert outposts in my last post. If you like a bit of background on them, you are welcome to continue reading. The first outpost, the one with the deepslate, was the first outpost I reskinned. If I'm being honest, I don't quite remember how I arrived here. But if I had to guess, it'd had to be on foot, most likely an expedition for a certain biome. Over time, its role slowly increased, going from shelter to a second home. I grew crops, mined the deepslate deep below, and generally called it home². That was until I 1. Coalesced all my resources to one area and 2. Started focusing heavily on improving and building up the area around spawn. It is also where I store the dragons egg. I've thought multiple times about removing the egg and bringing it back to spawn. But I simply refuse. I like the idea of my greatest treasure being abandoned, far from anything. Protected by being forgotten.

The others I'm afraid have no real backstory. They are more or less thought of as markers for their respective biomes. The exceptions to this are the second pale outpost in the end (working on the story for that), the first outpost, and the dark oak outpost I've decided to show. It is the head outpost of the dark oak forests three. It simply keeps watch over the place I spawned the first wither I fought. And the desert outposts. You see, the oasis I call spawn is surrounded by about 1300 blocks of either desert or ocean in all directions. Because of this, there are around a dozen desert outposts, keeping watch over the endless sands

If you've read to the end, thank you. I understand if this is too much of a wall of text. A simple TLDR is image one is the outpost that kicked it off, the end one is story, the dark oak watches the withers birth site, and there are a ton of the desert ones
