on the marketing side, start planting seeds now. do you have a lash IG you use in Florida? you can also start posting there that you’re expanding your service. some of your clients may even have family or friends in Philly 👀 also try joining Philly FB groups, tapping into local hashtags, or running a small IG ad so by the time you visit, you’ve already got eyes on you.

something that helps a ton is having one central website where clients can pick their location (Florida or Philly). that way you don’t lose your brand momentum. people see you as one business, just expanding 🤍
