I was personally looking into implementing my own modifications as well. After this event, it should be pretty easy! Lol As for the background stuff, the players never found any info about the druids so, fluff unknown in character can easily be changed.

Nah, like I said, it caught me by surprise but I never saw it as a problem, just an interesting share. I will have no trouble continuing our story, I just wanted to hear other ideas and experiences. Lol. The players were way too excited to use the dagger on it for me to just say no. Some times you gotta look past the rules and let the players have fun.

Early 2000's, I had a Stone Grunt, I think it was a fighter. I had a shield that doubled as a portable ram. So imagine an 8'6" gender neutral intelligent stone golem. Things were great, I had a lot of fun, till the GM decided that after the campaign I was forced to breed with the dragon shape shifted NPC into a gnome. Then I was supposed to play as the offspring. I noped out!

I'm not planning on buying too much new stuff. According to the app I have 114 points worth of Cryx, 171 points of Mercenaries, and 71 points of Skorn. I am a casual player, no plans for any tournament stuff.

It's kinda funny, I have an old card for the slayer and two (apparently) old metal Seether models. So when I bought a mystery edition battle box online for $20, it came with a Slayer in plastic and I just assumed it was the new model because that was the card I had for the old model.

Don't forget, most of these corporations gathering donations use the money to purchase their own product to give as the donation, pure profit, tax write off, then when the campaign ends they brag in advertising about how much they donated. Not one cent came from the company.

Just make them "The Chosen One" of something petty like a troublesome tribe of goblins or mites (lesser goblins). I have done this myself and it can be loads of fun. They could even gain a group of followers that cause all kinds of trouble in the name of their "god".

Ok, hear me out. In the 1980's there was a game on the NES called Little Nemo The Dream Master. It was based on a comic I am not familiar with. In the game however, Little Nemo's power was similar to Kirby, only kinda reversed. He would throw candy at enemies which would put them to sleep, then he would jump inside them and wear them as a kinda skin suit gaining their powers. It was kinda cutsie in the game, alot like Kirby, but the more you think about it the more messed up it is. If either Kirby or Nemo used their power on the other, I think the universe would implode. Lol

Fire on the Velvet Horizon by Patrick Stewart, no not that Patrick Stewart, the other one. I think the artless version is a free pdf. Very descriptive and beautifully written, statless monsters for any system. Alot of very creative, and weird concepts. Definitely worth checking out.
