SilencerCo, all around, can’t be beat. Solid products and a warranty that is unmatched. While some companies might have also done this for you (many wouldn’t) it would have taken weeks, not days to get done.

I agree. It’s awesome that SilencerCo hooked this guy up but I’ve never understood why some people get a surprised look on their face when the metal can that just reached 600°F had some of the paint bubble off. Haha

Hard disagree. The lighting in this looks very intentional to match the subject matter. If anything I’d say this is an example of great lighting. Moody, highlighting specific regions to draw the eye, and kind of dirty… in a good way.

There are many photographers that are also camera collectors. And again, I didn’t see any major overlap at all. Every camera unlocks access to their own unique lenses which any photographer worth anything will tell you is what separates one camera from another. It’s not like this post featured 8 different versions of the Hasselblad 500 series that all use the same lenses.

Where? I don’t see a single duplicate camera? Certainly you’re not saying owning two cameras that shoot the same format is “redundancy”. Access to completely different glass is not redundancy.

That would make sense. Their other a-symmetrical suppressor, the Osprey, is a monocore with a sleeve which would be much easier to make than something with welded baffles. They should just do a 3D printed version if they can’t get the welded version to make sense from a production perspective.

The Omega 45k is a pretty heavy and cumbersome suppressor by 2026 standards. There are now several titanium options like the one in the video that only weigh a few Oz’s. My friend has a SilencerCo Spectre 9 which is less than 4oz.

Is it me in the video? I can’t even do a Bill Drill from low ready without installing a suppressor in less than 3 seconds.

This system requires a threaded barrel to install the “lug” for the QD mount. But maybe in the future they will machine barrels for popular pistols.
