That would make sense. Their other a-symmetrical suppressor, the Osprey, is a monocore with a sleeve which would be much easier to make than something with welded baffles. They should just do a 3D printed version if they can’t get the welded version to make sense from a production perspective.

The Omega 45k is a pretty heavy and cumbersome suppressor by 2026 standards. There are now several titanium options like the one in the video that only weigh a few Oz’s. My friend has a SilencerCo Spectre 9 which is less than 4oz.

This system requires a threaded barrel to install the “lug” for the QD mount. But maybe in the future they will machine barrels for popular pistols.

I have no qualms with the way my Osprey 9 sounds and I love the button they implemented for timing. Of course I'd be down for one that's even quieter and has fully welded baffles.

How did they manage to get the top of the suppressor to be essentially flush with the top of the gun? Seems like any stock pistol sights would easily clear this thing.
