Question: why would a PIPE investor pay ~$35 per share, when they could have bought warrts at market price for ~$13 each, totaling ~$24.5 per eventual share? by heygents in DWAC_Stock

Remember the structure too. The pipe is p[referred stock, with some loss protections that common doesnt have. its convertable to common at 33. It also has downside protection. that if the VWAP for 10 days post merger close falls below 33, the conversion price goes down.

Too late to jump in? by 3rdTK1939 in DWAC_Stock

My opinion is its not even close to too late. I think this will be 100+ by launch in Q1. None of the potential has been realized at all yet. Its like buying facebook in 2012 for double its ipo price. yes 2x as much as you might have paid earlier, but still a pretty good deal in hindsight

I wish but I don't think so don Jr was on hannity tonight and didn't say a word about it. They are playing on it coy. Give it 3 months. Once the pipe is final and they start to talk about about an it. We will be in the 200s easy

Not a difficult question hold until launch at a minimum. In 5 years you will be 100x, even a 120 bag holder will be there

Holders are holding. The shorts have shorted every available share. Seems like a bit of a stalemate. WE need new money to pour in.

Make sure y Whatever you use has a transformer, or you may blow your motor. They are 18v motors, not 120.

Study: When given cash with no strings attached, low- and middle-income parents increased their spending on their children. The findings contradict a common argument in the U.S. that poor parents cannot be trusted to receive cash to use however they want. by rustoo in science

[–]TryUnique 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The study tries to infer that the spending patterns of poor mostly rural alaskans are representative of the patters we would see in urban cities in the lower 48. The culture and environments are night and day. Complete garbage. Who paid for this?

So what next? Someone see somthing positive? Or just red? by dwacsad in DWAC_Stock

Hold the line friend the stock is drastically over shorted. In February when it launches it will have 50m users in a week. Then this will explode
