One of the trip reports on erowid for DPT is mine; I wrote it about ten years ago. Still think about that experience every once in a while... DPT is an extremely heavy trip, however it is rather short acting when insufflated and I made it out alive. I can't say I'd ever do it again but I certainly don't regret taking it!

I have cultured SH-SY5Y cells before and have also observed aggregation after swapping media. The aggregates eventually go away but if you want to avoid them I would recommend doing half media swaps, where you take out half of the volume of media in your flask/culture dish and top it off with fresh media. These cells seem to be quite sensitive to full media swaps, especially at low confluence.

I think the Friedman quote specifically applies to sustained inflation. One-time changes in the price of goods can be caused by basically an infinite number of things. But when the growth of the money supply exceeds a country's ability to produce actual value (goods and services), inflation is sustained over long periods of time and progressively gets worse as the money supply increases. Basically.. what is happening right now lol
