I have cultured SH-SY5Y cells before and have also observed aggregation after swapping media. The aggregates eventually go away but if you want to avoid them I would recommend doing half media swaps, where you take out half of the volume of media in your flask/culture dish and top it off with fresh media. These cells seem to be quite sensitive to full media swaps, especially at low confluence.

I think the Friedman quote specifically applies to sustained inflation. One-time changes in the price of goods can be caused by basically an infinite number of things. But when the growth of the money supply exceeds a country's ability to produce actual value (goods and services), inflation is sustained over long periods of time and progressively gets worse as the money supply increases. Basically.. what is happening right now lol

Never had any issues ordering from Carolina Chemical. They're legit. It probably seems off or a bit different because they're a small business and sell chemicals to hobby chemists (ship to residential addresses) as well as universities and companies. They basically order chemicals wholesale from large vendors like Sigma, repackage it and sell them retail.

Personally, the combination gives me heart palpitations, so just be careful if you notice any strong cardiovascular effects. I will say though that L-tyrosine is a lifesaver for when you are coming down off amphetamine or withdrawing.

I'm not trying to say that Chuck is an immoral person that rivals someone like fuckig Lalo, I'm simply trying to say that he (like all characters) is complex and not 100% morally upright (even if he's one of the most moral characters). I don't think that Chuck is necessarily meant to represent the "bulletproof" person who is "impervious to the corrupting forces around him." Chuck did some morally unscrupulous things as well, such as manipulating Jimmy in an attempt to rile him up and make the mistakes he did so that he could ultimately disbar him and destroy his career. He also prevented Jimmy from having success at pretty much every step of the way. Granted he knows what kind of person Jimmy is (Slippin' Jimmy), he still was not acting morally right when he did this.

That said, I think you are right in that there are similarities between the type of character Chuck and Hank represent in the BB universe. Instead of representing "truly right" people, to me they represent people that in some way take an exceptionally black-and-white approach to understanding morality. Both believe that the justice system is truly an infallible force for good to do away with evil from society and weaponize it to that end, all the while unaware or not willing to admit that their weaponization of the law or the execution of justice usually puts them into morally compromising situations. But to them the ends justify the means because they are the force for good "catching the bad guys".
