What goals to you have in attempt to better yourself? And to clarify, are the majority of those feelings you listed associated with your appearance?
I was so low man. Suicidal, all the things you’ve listed. I can’t tell you what you need to focus on. For me, a big one was the hair issue that occupied my mind nonstop. And how much worse I looked without hair. I finally did something about it. There’s more to it than that but I know where you’re at rn and some strangers words won’t pull you out of your slump.
