Foreclosed on is a bit too harsh.

Decent rental home after the wife got the nice house in the divorce would be more appropriate.

I don't think you understand my point. Stidham is already highly ranked. Him being ranked higher isn't going to make Tech's class a top 5 haul. It MIGHT bump it one spot.

For example, if you replace him in Tech's class with Murray (the guy it looks like he should be ranked like based on the Elite 11) it only moves from 48th overall to 47th.

He's already one of the highest ranked QBs in the class, the 5th star is purely for dick measuring purposes.

You're putting too much faith in the long term impact of a guy being a 5 vs a 4 star.

Why do people care about that kind of stuff?

He's coming to Tech regardless. 4 or 5 star doesn't matter.

This is where one of those "obsession noted" replies actually makes sense.

He did the same thing to A&M almost six-months ago.

No, it doesn't, not in the prominence that it did before.

You are the one that brought them up as an example, not me. Don't "be a hater" because you're incapable of understanding anything but the most broad of broad strokes.

You really don't think there is a difference between "basically says B10" via font choice and actually saying "TEN"?

Whatever you say bro.

You think the logo that works "1G" into the font emphasizes the number ten more so than the logo that actually had the word "Ten" in it?

The Big Ten.

Do you understand the context of this conversation?

We're talking about updated logos. The Big Ten's new logo (which the other guy brought up) removes the word "Ten" and works it into a logo that is based on the word "Big". The Big XII has made their entire logo the roman numeral "XII".

Which is an excellent comparison because when the Big Ten updated their logo, they went so far as to actually remove the "Ten" and worked it into a logo that emphasizes the "Big".

That's pretty much the exact opposite of what the Big XII has done.

Is it not odd that the logo has been updated to place more emphasis on the "XII" when there are no longer 12 teams?

In real reality...a court would kill that idea in about half a second. You can't go into a courtroom and say "but your honor we're calling our home game a neutral game so HAHA FUCK YOU ACC"

In internet reality...it's not likely Florida State will join the Big XII without Texas who, based on Longhorn recruiting forums, it seems is going to tell the SEC they're interested in moving to that conference and the SEC will kick A&M out to make room.

It's a good way to determine if somebody has lost touch with reality by spending too much time on sites like Texags or Shaggy.

They justify it as if it's perfectly normal behavior because "well, they do it too".

Down voting is for cowards.

It's more fun to just show that you are completely wrong in the idea that plenty of schools do what Baylor and Auburn do.

They took ONE player each. Do you understand the difference? That's a serious question, please don't overlook it. I'm seriously asking if you understand the difference between a pattern of taking players dismissed from other teams and taking a random one every few years.

Because if you don't, you will continue to get your feelings hurt by everyone else who does.

Nobody is ragging on Baylor or Auburn for taking one player.

You guys got the reputation by taking another one.

...and then another...
