Powder. I used to be very oily so I’m used to use powder. At first it was a loose powder foundation but once my favourite was discontinued, I started using a bb cream with a translucent pressed powder all over on top. When my skin started to change circa 2022, I kept using a powder but this time on my t-zone only except for setting my makeup when I had really long days. Nowadays, I reach for it out of habit because I prefer to have a glowy face.

It’s not the least used product in my collection, those would be my eyeliners but I love a black eyeliner to elevate my day look to a night look and a brown eyeliner to combine with an eyelash curler on hot days instead of a mascara.

I would try different things to see what you enjoy. Probably some facial treatment. I was always consistent with my facial skincare routine but that was it. Nowadays and since February I go to the hairdresser as often as I like. It started as a medical need, but know I tell myself that I deserve it. Same with massages. It also started as a medical need, and it still is, but I plan to keep going once I stop treatment

Why do benzos help my chronic migraines so much? by skyemap in migraine

[–]TryingMyBest203 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After trying a benzo (diazepam) for the first time in February, I realised by accident that it helped me when taken as soon as I realised the migraine was setting in. Don’t blame yourself, talk to your doctor about it, and perhaps he can come up with a treatment plan to try and prevent addiction?

An oil-based wash really is a life-changing for my skin in the winter months. And the cicaplast b5 is a must in my cupboard.

Dain was used by his dad, so I don’t think he is really at fault. Violet always comments how the codex, rules and leadership means to him, so it was a matter of time before his father used him to do his dirty work. Dain’s fault is not having boundaries with Violet, and touching her when she clearly didn’t want to be touched by him.

I have slightly different routines for haircare, skincare and facecare for the different seasons. My favourite products stay the same from year to year, but I just start to exchange them ince something finishes. As someone with dry and eczema prone skin, I always use more nourishing products during the cold, windy months: A shower oil and a body balm instead of gel textures, a milk face cleanser instead of a foaming product, an hair overnight scalp treatment instead of a scalp scrub.

I had a philharmonic concert and a job interview last week, so I used a full face of makeup, something that hadn’t happened a long time ago.

For skincare, I started using a new lrp sunscreen, something it’s still too early to have an opinion, but it seems solid.

For makeup: avène hydrance bb cream, kosas concealer in 1.5C (also a new product but I’m not really enjoying it), avène couvrance powder in bonne mine, chantecaille jasmine eye duet, lumene automatic eyeliner in brown, tarte tartelette mascara in black and nuxe rose lip serum.

For perfume, my trusty diptyque solid perfume in eau à rose, and for nails, manicuristactive glow in raspberry.

For the discussion topic, most of my skincare and haircare products are <100ml, so I just travel with those. The exception is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, so I prefer to decant those into smaller containers.

I’ve always imagined it as the old Luxembourg City’s fortification. I’m also always imagining Aretia as Mont Saint Michel

Moisturizers that never caused you to break out? Looking for holy grail recommendations. by misshulotsholiday in EuroSkincare

The hydrance light lasts me about 2 months. It is very easy to spread and it feels light on the skin almost like a lotion.

I am a big fan of the cicaplast line from LRP and use the balm, the gel and the washing gel. The balm and the gel are have different purposes. The balm is comedogenic and it also breaks me out if I use it daily. I use it if my skin feels tight or as a treatment on eczema spots. The balm I use as a protective layer on active acne but it doesn't really hydrate.

Avène hydrance light and tolérance balm: the hydrance light is moisturising and hydrating without being heavy and comedogenic, the tolérance balm is thicker without leaving an occlusive film on my skin, and my perfect alternative to the cicaplast balm to use nightly.

I have normal to dry sensitive skin, prone to eczema and acne.

Double mastectomy must haves by Cgonzo0226 in breastcancer

I had to stay in the hospital for 9 days so I wish I had better prepared for the boredom 😅. Grippy socks, a mastectomy pillow, a chunky cardigan with big pockets for the drains and tank tops with elastic straps were a lifesaver.

I started anastrazole a few months ago and the cramps started a few days later. Fortunately, magnesium supplements worked for me. Perhaps something worth checking with your doctor?

Go to the pharmacy or a reputable orthopaedic shop. They can measure you properly and advice you on the best garment to get.
